Goatcheese and blackpepper bisquits


Ett favoritrecept som alltid blir uppskattat/ appreciated.
Perfekt att servera till middag/dinner.
Går bra att göra i förväg.
Make them ahead of time, put in fridge till its time to bake them.



4,5 dl Vetemjöl (flour)
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda (bikarbonat)
1/2 teaspoon salt
70 gram butter
2 dl Filmjölk (buttermilk)
5 ounce goatcheese ( save some to put on top of the bisquits)

Mix all the dry ingredients, mix in the butter, last put in the goatcheese and buttermilk. I put everything in my foodprocessor, works fine. It should turn out to something between batter and dough.

Make a long log of the dough, and cut up in 2 centimeter long pieces and put in muffin forms, makes about 8-12 bisquits. Put a piece of goatcheese on top, put in oven for about 14 minutes in 200-225 degrees celsius.
