If you have´nt tryed Chipotle its time to do so. Chipotle is a smoked jalapenopepper, dried. Mix it to a puree for this sauce
4 tbls tomatopuree
1 tbls chipotlepuree
1 tsp limejuice
1 tbls honey
2 tbls water
mix. use for exampel on grilled halloumi.
You can also make chipotle puree from dried chipotles. Soak chipotles in hotwater for about 30 minutes. Puree them in blender with some limejucie, apple cider vinegar and garlic.
