Frozen lingonberrys/ cranberries med Tjinuskisås





This is the best fall dessert recipe. In the swedish one we use frozen lingonberrys. Frozen cranberries might work too.


Freeze the berrys.
Make Tjinuskisauce:
2 dl wipping cream
1 dl sugar
1 dl syrup
100 gr real butter
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon vanillasugar/essense

Boil toghter everything but the butter, ginger and vanilla. You want it to get a fudgelike consistency.

I usually put the frozen berrys on indiviual plates, pour the sauce on top of the berries, so it sort of glazes the berries, and then serve with icecream!
