1 cup plus 2 tbls olive oil
1 quarter cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbls red vine vinegar
3 garlic cloves
2 shallots
salt and black pepper
6 sourdough buns or equal to your liking
1 1/2 cup of crumbled goat cheese
can of sundried tomatoes
fresh basil leaves
whisk oil, vinegars, garlic and shallots, salt and peppar toghter in a bowl, but mushrooms on a plate and drizzle mixture over the mushrooms, let marinate in roomtemp for one hour.
If you have a grill, preheat, and coat grillrack lightly with oil. I use my grillfryingpan, use a heavy skillet to weigh down the mushrooms on the grill or pan, grill for about 4 minutes on each side until seared.
Cut buns in two, drizzle 1 tblsp of oil over the cut side of the bun, arrange a muschroom on one side of bun, on the other cut side, layer with goat cheese, sundried tomatoes and basil, put together to from sandwiches, cut into halves, wrap with foil and chill till servingtime...
