400 gram chickenfilees
some chopped leek
some course chopped waterchestnuts
1 red chili
5 cm grated ginger
Cilantro
garlic
sesame oil
salt
Mix the chicken with leek, garlic, ginger, salt, sesame oil, chili and then add the waterchestnuts and cilantro.

400 gr kycklingfärs
2 salladslökar
1 dl grovhackade vattenkastanjer
1 röd chili (eller mindre)
5 cm färskriven ingefära
1/2 kruka grovhackad färsk koriander
2 finhackade vitlöksklyftor
2 tsk sesamolja
salt

1 dl grovhackade vattenkastanjer
1 röd chili (eller mindre)
5 cm färskriven ingefära

Put a teaspoon in each wonton, fold ( use water to seal) , fry on both sides in oil, add a bit of water in the pan let them boil till the water is gone.
Serve with dipsauce:
1 dl japanese soyasauce
2 tbls sesame oil
4 tbls ricevinegar
1 tsp liquid honey
chopped red chili
roasted sesameseeds
