
Nudlar/ noodles
I think I will do something like this tonight. But maybe use eggnoodles instead. And definitely add some sesameoil to it. And I love fresh coriander in noodle salads but thats going to have to be served on the side. Roger hates it. In fact I am not sure the family will eat this at all, but I´ll give it a try.Boiled and cooled off glass noodles
coursly ground carrot
peeled green papaya (if you can find it)
cucumber cut in "halfmoons"
cocktailtomatoes
finely chopped fresh ginger
finely chopped garlic
finely chopped green chili
springonions
other vegetables of your liking
Dressing:
1/2 dl fishsauce
1/2 dl råsocker (brown sugar)
1/2 dl ricevinegar
1 pressed limefruit
Mix salad togheter and pour the dressing over it. Have some crushed peanuts on your salad.
You can also add chicken or any other meat to this if you like. Adding a bit of sesameoil to the dressing is also very good. And a little bit of japanese soysauce.
