Teriyakilax med pistaschsalsa


Teriyakisalmon with pistaschiosalsa
This sounded really good. And easy.
From todays Expressen.


600 gr Laxfilé (salmon)
1 dl teriyakisauce(storebought)
salt and pepper

Put salmon on a big piece of foil, salt, pepper, and pour the teriyakisås over it. Close up the foil to a package. In oven for about 20 minutes in 200 degrees. Celsius.

Pistaschesalsa
1 cucumber
1 dl pistaschios
1 chili
juice from one lime
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon sesameoil
2 tespoons fishsås

chop and mix...
